  The food was delicious and the atmosphere was to die for! We were told we could wait a little longer for a window seat, but the view from our table would be fine. We chose to be seated immediately, and we had a lovely view of the falls even though we were not right at a window seat. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was delicious and the local wine was good. I had a vegetarian dinner, and it was the best vegetarian entree I've ever had - cauliflower steak with chickpeas, olives, tomatoes, and spices. My husband had prime rib and loved it; my children ate salmon and a burger and also found them to be quite delicious, The brownie sundae was everything we expected - cold ice cream, warm brownie and decadent taste! Perfect evening for almost the same price as Outback with a much higher-end atmosphere.

  The view itself is breathtaking inside the restaurant. From the moment your greeted by the friendly staff to the tune your done , it's all a great experience. Our waiter Jeff was amazing, dealt with our big group with adults and kids and made sure we were all satisfied. He went above and beyond with being courteous. The food was delicious and so we're the drinks. Highly recommend.

  I was excited to try this place based on the reviews - however I was extremely disappointed. The service was poor - everything seemed to take quite awhile. We ordered the garlic shrimp as a starter and it was delicious - however my entree was underwhelming. I ordered the prime rib and it was a good cut of meat cooked very, very poorly. I'd suggest spending your money elsewhere. A meal for 2 at around $100 should be more than warm meat.

  Edit: Second time eating here. Food was amazing and service was simply the best. The prices are slightly higher but not by much. Plus you get to enjoy a lovely view. For Niagara Falls, this is one of the best places you can eat. I highly recommend it. Upgraded rating from 4 to 5 stars.

  Where is customer service these days?
  They give us wet plates, don't wipe down the table, and our drinks are taking a very long time. Unacceptable for the food industry. We pay their wages. We are just going I the bar for drinks. Where is customer service? Manager over sight? Want to make a million dollars running your own business? Good customer service. The keg must be too big to fail.
