  This location is open 365 days a year, 24 hrs a day. Never found it closed including New Year's Eve. Personnel is always friendly, the food and coffee always fresh.

  My ice capp was literally filled all the way for a size medium, Toronto usually fills below the brim. For 6AM in the morning everyone was very happy and peppy. Very satisfied

  Very rude blonde lady, my mother I had been driving for 2 hours already and were very tired already and just needed a friendly smiling face (this was at 530 am) we haven't been to a timmies in a while so we pulled up to the ordering window and had nothing but attitude, we got to the pay window and my mother had paid, the lady didn't give our change and a 2nd lady asked how was my mother paying..in the end we won't be going back to that particular establishment.

  Summertime, Extremely busy so understandable if staff are a little slower and make mistakes, were human.
  Wintertime, no excuse, still incompetent and the smallest tasks seem to be the most difficult with still high wait times even with two people in line. It may be because there's only two people staffed but gossip between the staff always seems to be more important than a satisfied customer.
  Sad part is there are about 3 staff members that I can always count on, management not included.
