  Worst Restaurant Experience Ever - I did not have a reservation as it was a Thursday night at 8pm at the Fallsview location, but was told it would be an hour wait for our party of six and to have a drink in the bar while we waited.
  
  I had a look around after 45 minutes and noticed the restaurant was was barely 1/3 full. After being kept waiting for 1.5 hours (till 9pm on a Thursday night), the manager approached me in the bar and said it would be at least another half hour and there was no guarantee that it wouldn't be longer as apparently, they were short staffed.
  
  No apology of any kind, nor ANY acknowledgement that we had already waited as long as we had.
  
  After telling her that it was completely unacceptable, she just stared at me then walked off! I will be sure to tell everyone to stay as far away from Canyon Creek as possible. Absolute disgusting service. Would never go there again!

  Delicious food, great service and a lovely view of Niagara Falls. Overall a little pricey but extremely worth it!

  Excellent steak dinner - cooked perfectly - with fresh and delicious seasonal sides. Sauteed mushrooms are a must for your steak. Good selection of craft beers and local wine. Service was good - don't be in a rush, enjoy the view and your company. The Manager came by our table to ensure we enjoyed our meal - it was excellent. And it's a short walk outside to view the falls - light show, fireworks, etc.

  My parents are strick vegetarian and the pasta dishes came out with meat! Don't recommend it for vegetarians.
