  I work in one of the shops at the casino and I spend a lot of my time and money here, which says a lot because I have quite a few options for coffee and snacks but still I choose to come to this timmies because all the staff are very warm and friendly. Perhaps i'm biased for being a local and creating a relationship with many of the staff but each of them work hard and do well. Very fast and excellent quality. love all yall

  Politely asked for serviettes as they have non on the counter.
  
  Team member threw them at me in front of customers. Don't care how busy it is. Unacceptable behaviour. Wiuld hive negative stars if possible.
